4 months on the road, +4500km behind my back. It was my
longest bike tour I did alone so far. In the end I played 10 and a half shows
in France, Germany, Poland and Czech rep. I saw a lot
of cool places, met tons of new interesting people and good old friends. Some
of them I haven’t seen for ages.
My machine and DIY gear survived all the obstacles that they
were put through with almost no flaws. At the end of the trip my bike has lost
only three spokes in the back, that’s it. He was rewarded with complete
mechanical check as we reached BCN. Now it rolls like the new again. My body
was working precise like a Swiss clock. Some minor sun burns didn’t spoil
anything.
I didn’t reach my one important goal though. In the end of
my tour I managed to collect 365 euros for bikes. That is far away from the
amount of money I wanted to collect. But that doesn’t mean I’m giving up on the
idea. That means that I’m going on one more bike tour around Europe
next summer!!! People get ready!!!
But for now I must say one more time RESPECT, BIG UP AND
УВАЖУХА for everyone who participated in this summer event and helped me reach
my goal!!! Every house, all gig organizers, all cooks and all the people who
came to the shows!!! Thanks a lot!!! It’s very important for me and the kids
who are so excited to get new bikes!!!
And for now back to BETON-BEAT LABORATORY to work on a new
record!!!
